Wyoming’s ornaments were designed and created by the 6th, 7th and 8th grade art students from Douglas Middle School. Their inspiration was the Wyoming cowboy. The cowboy symbolizes the people and the ethics of Wyoming. The cowboy stands for courage, optimism and hard work.
