ART 180 is honored to represent Virginia in the National Christmas Tree Display. The ornaments crafted by teenagers in our programs bring together symbols of personal holiday joys and memories, as well as pride in our hometown and state. The colorful, snowy, sparkling spheres our teens have created, with the guidance of artist Hamilton Glass and kindness activist Patience Salgado, are a reflection of their creative and community spirit. ART 180 provides art based youth development programs to young people living in challenging circumstances in Richmond, VA. Our goal is to encourage personal and community change through self-expression and the sharing of stories.
