Lancaster County Youth Services Center
Nebraska's ornaments were painted by residents at the Lancaster County Youth Services Center. The residents' designs were inspired by Nebraska traditions including farming and football. Some residents also chose themes that they associate with Nebraska on a more personal level (including music and family time). Both the residents and instructor thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to design and paint unique ornaments during the three-day session. Lux Center for the Arts is a non-profit art center that provides art classes and community outreach throughout Lincoln.
